Shambala TSS customer review

Patience is rewarded | Shambala -TSS- & Composant S

Hi Thomas,

Before the renovation, we listened to a few bars of music again so that our colleague could reset himself again and, so to speak, absorb the status quo. After the system had been dismantled, it was time to unpack it, just like Christmas. It was clear to me what to expect, but this quality and feel is always inspiring! A really big compliment it all looks really great, even the Shambala spikes are absolutely flawless, really nice to the touch. Everything is perfect, there is simply no better way to do something like this.

The whole renovation took a few hours, as we were of course very conscientious and wanted to do it as well as possible from the outset. Then start up the system, check that everything is working and took a coffee break to be able to relax a bit again. After half an hour of warming up, the first notes about the new setup...

Good as always, but nothing that could make me drift off into euphoria in any way now. Then put on another disc and a similar game again. OK a bit more transparency and maybe a bit more dynamic? I was almost a bit disappointed until I noticed that changes were slowly taking place after about 15 minutes. As if you were playing in a new pickup... That's when I came up with the basics again. After all, we have disconnected and reinstalled every cable, it all has to calm down and settle down again, or even the Shambala has to adjust to its new home first. I have no idea and I don't really care. In any case, after half an hour, the changes were so serious that we both really folded our jaws! There have been several statements such as: “That's just a simple lowboard...” Incomprehension to the point of waving and our two astonished faces. The type of performance now hits you relentlessly right in the heart, nice to kneel down, an absolutely fantastic level. I didn't expect that because I couldn't imagine it that way either. :-) You're just in the music now and the musicians just seem to be playing for you, it's as real as flesh and blood. I haven't changed anything about the CF feet yet, I'll enjoy the current state for a few days before I change anything, if at all. Great job you did there and yes, I paid a lot of money for it. But now I also realize that every euro is worth twice and threefold. I can't give you and your work a bigger compliment, but the Shambala and the bases are really big movies. And that even though my components were already set up to a very high standard... I can only thank you very much for what you have given me is not payable with money, THANK YOU!!!

Greetings,

Peter Steinbiß
