M. Wagner, Ebony
Dear Mr. Schlipper, the ebonies have already arrived, thank you very much for that. My first thought in view of the elegant packaging was... hopefully not just design instead of being! But far from it, the sound gain was immediately audible. Until now, a balanced space could only be achieved with loudspeakers tilted backwards. With your “ivory wood”, not only is the room absolutely harmonious when set up, but the entire musical process appears wonderfully effortless and self-evident! Believe me, I've already paid plenty of “l e r - money” for all sorts of equipment. The Ebony's are more than worth their price.I am very excited about the bases.Greetings M. Wagner... Continuation... Dear Mr. Schlipper, everything has now settled down and the right line-up has been found. First of all - I have been working with the high end for around 30 years, listening primarily to jazz and exclusively on CD. My system takes into account the weaknesses of the CD, is of high quality, there are Lumen White speakers at the end of the chain. Your subbase and Ebonys are without question flawlessly crafted by hand. They sound n i c h t s; and exactly in the sense described by you - they help achieve a high degree of neutrality. Some disturbances that I have previously attributed to the CD or the listening room obviously originate from a faulty connection between loudspeakers and floor. With Ebony and Subbase, I have a wonderfully organized space in height, depth and width. The musical process is extremely coherent - there is no thickening or sharpening or other emphasis on certain areas. It seems to me that the potential of the entire chain is being better exploited. I was particularly impressed by the combination of liveliness and neutrality. Despite many attempts to the extent that this was never achieved in the past. All these improvements are also not to the extent expected or felt, but are very clearly audible! In this respect, I can only thank you sincerely, recommend your products and wish you every success. Greetings Wagner
